Four to six weeks is comfortable for most events, and peak season dates go earlier. That said, we do fill last-minute requests when the calendar allows, so it's always worth asking.

As a guide, the bay wants roughly 10ft of height, 12ft of width and 15ft of depth, plus a standard dedicated outlet. Tell us the room and we'll confirm the fit before you book — we'd rather find a problem early than on the day.

Yes. Load-in, setup, an attendant for the duration of the event and full breakdown are included in every quote. We typically arrive two to three hours before guests.

Yes, and most people do. Golf plus bar is the most common pairing. Choose “Multiple Services” on the quote form and describe what you have in mind.

Most bookings run three hours or more. Shorter activations are possible depending on the date, location and setup involved.

Yes, a deposit confirms your date and the balance is due before the event. The exact terms are set out in your quote.

Cancellation terms are included in writing with every quote, and they depend on how far out you cancel. If you need to move a date rather than cancel, talk to us — we'll do what we can.

The simulator is designed to run indoors, so weather rarely affects it. For outdoor setups we'll agree a covered backup plan in advance.

Golf is our signature experience today. Soccer, baseball, basketball, football and racing are on the roadmap — if you want one of those at your event, say so on the quote form and it helps us prioritise.
